How many people does the house sleep?
Casa Milu sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms: two double beds (180 and 160 cm) and two single beds.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Flexible, by arrangement. Unless agreed otherwise: check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
How much is the final cleaning?
A one-off fee of CHF 100.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Towels are included. Bed linen is CHF 20 per bed. It is recommended but optional: you are welcome to bring your own.
Is the tourist tax included, and is there a guest card?
The tourist tax is included, and the guest card can be obtained via self-service.
How far is it to the ski areas?
The Brunni cable car is a 5-minute walk away. The stop for the ski bus to Titlis is 200 metres from the house.
Is there parking?
Yes, the house has two parking spaces: one in the garage and one in front of it.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available. The TV has Android TV with Chromecast.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No, Casa Milu is a non-smoking house.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes. There are games and children's books, a play corner on the terrace, and the Robinson playground is about ten minutes away.
How do I book?
Send us the request form or give us a call. We confirm availability and price personally, with no platform fees.
What is the cancellation policy?
Payment in advance is required for a reservation. Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before the booked arrival date; after that, payments are non-refundable.
How do I get the keys?
We arrange the key handover with you personally before your arrival.
